Line Cook

Country Club (Full-Time)

• Full-time position
• Hourly pay (based on experience)
• Evening, night, weekend, and holiday availability required

• Prepare and cook menu items according to chef's specifications and club standards.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety practices at all times.
• Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties.
• Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team and front-of-house staff.

• Previous line cook, 3-5 years experience or kitchen experience preferred (country club, restaurant, or banquet experience a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
