What You'll Do

As a Café Server, you are essential to creating a positive and welcoming dining experience. You will:

• Greet guests warmly as they are seated
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally
• Ensure every guest receives an exceptional café experience
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Thank guests and leave them with a great final impression
• Assist with rearranging tables for group seating as needed
• Participate in team and 50 North meetings

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings both skill and personality to the role:

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
• Clear communicator who enjoys working with people
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment
• Problem-solving mindset and team-first approach
• Prior restaurant or service experience preferred (not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced environment
• Ability to carry a tray with food and drinks
