Curaleaf Findlay is seeking a Lead Store Associate to lead customer experiences and guide a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be a brand ambassador, drive performance, ensure compliance, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
Starting wage $17.50-$19.25 per hour plus tips, full-time with open weekday/evening/weekend holidays availability. Must be 21+, retail POS experience, leadership at least 6 months, and a strong focus on service and accuracy.
