Inventory Control Clerk

Sheetz is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk II to support accurate, efficient retail operations. In this role, you'll perform regular inventory counts, reconcile variances, and ensure merchandise is correctly tracked from delivery to sales floor. Using RF scanners and inventory systems, you'll document stock movement, assist with audits, and help minimize shrink. You'll collaborate with store and warehouse teams to organize stockrooms, rotate product, and support timely replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations for retail and stockroom areas
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances, shrink, and data errors
• Use inventory systems, RF scanners, and spreadsheets to track stock movement
• Ensure proper stock rotation, labeling, and organization of storage areas
• Coordinate with store and warehouse teams on deliveries, returns, and transfers
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for audits
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and company policies
• Support store operations by ensuring product availability for customers
