• Introduce customers to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements
• Facilitate interviews at a comfortable pace to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives
• Present vehicles that meet customer needs and explore their interests
• Involve customers in trade‑in evaluation, present financial propositions, satisfy concerns, and ask for the order
• Conduct Spitzer delivery process and follow up with customers to develop customer loyalty
• Other related duties as assigned

• An outgoing friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with all types of people
• Professional, ethical, and respectful
• Self‑starter and self‑motivated
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow through
• Proficient computer skills including email
• High school degree
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
