Director of Sales - Findlay, OH

Mission Hires is recruiting a Director of Sales for a long-standing manufacturer (since the 1950s) of outdoor drainage and stormwater irrigation products. Based in Findlay, OH, this role will build and scale national distributor and trade channels beyond big box retail, drive contractor/installer adoption, manage internal sales and rep networks, establish pricing/programs/reporting, and diversify revenue away from single-customer concentration. Compensation:
Base $100k + Bonus + Commission.

• Build and lead a national distributor and trade network beyond big box retail
• Drive product adoption with contractors and installers across target markets
• Manage internal sales teams and manufacturer representative organizations
• Establish and standardize pricing, programs, and reporting processes
• Reduce reliance on any single customer through channel and account diversification
• Develop and maintain strong contractor and branch-level relationships
• Implement commercial discipline around pricing, margins, and profitability
• Operate effectively within a manufacturing-led business environment

• 10+ years of experience in construction, drainage, civil, plumbing, or irrigation supply
• Proven track record growing distributor networks nationally or regionally
• Experience leading and managing sales teams and manufacturer rep organizations
• Established contractor and branch-level relationships in relevant trades
• Demonstrated commercial rigor around pricing, programs, and margin management
• Ability to operate and make decisions within a manufacturing-led organization
• Based in or willing to work in Findlay, OH
