Compensation is $18-30+/hour based on experience, plus structured pay increases over the first 6 months

• Construct pre-engineered post frame structures
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Work from ladders and aerial work platforms up to 35 feet off the ground
• Stable income and reliable year-round work
• Work outside in a variety of elements
• Learn and develop carpentry, framing, and construction techniques
• Provide value to the client

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Exceptional work ethic
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Prior building trades experience helpful, but not required
• Willing to train
