Compensation &

Schedule:

$25-35/hour based on experience. Full Time shop position Monday – Friday. Sign On Bonus of up to $5,000 for qualified candidates.

• Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager
• Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulic and electrical systems
• Perform welding/fabrication as needed
• Recommend and document repairs; prepare accurate cost estimates
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records
• Communicate with the factory/OEM for technical support
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Hands‑on experience with hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting
• Welding experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally for field service calls as needed
