Operate hand and power tools like a pro
Follow directions from superintendents and foremen
Prepare, clean, and secure job sites
Load, unload, and distribute construction materials
Build and position concrete forms and scaffolding
Mix, pour, and level concrete and earth
Assist with excavation, shoveling, and rough carpentry
Support underground pipe and structure installation
Crush it every day — safely and efficiently!
💡What You Bring
- ✔ OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification (must have)
- ✔ High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for extra training)
- ✔ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- ✔ Team attitude — you’re better when we’re better together
- ✔ Union membership (or willingness to join the Laborers Union)
