Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician – Walmart.

We are seeking an experienced professional to support and oversee the maintenance and repair of Walmart’s refrigeration and HVAC equipment. This role requires hands‑on work with commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, using a range of hand, digital, and power tools.

• 2 years of experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Large‑scale rack refrigeration experience (preferred)

• Maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment using commercial HVAC skills and tools.
• Use the work‑order management system to receive, document, and close repair work orders.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose problems.
• Complete all required safety and equipment training.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by following Walmart’s safety and environmental policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work on ladders, and perform tasks at heights as required.

• Hourly wage $23.00 – $45.00, subject to local minimum wage; additional premiums up to $3.00 per hour may apply.
