Residential & Commercial HVAC Service Technician

The Service technician we are seeking will be able to support a work history of at least 3-5 years in professional commercial HVAC work.

• Perform service and troubleshoot on commercial equipment including Packaged Rooftop Units, VRF Systems, Cooling towers, Boilers and CRAC, Make Up Air units.
• Help Maintain and promote positive company morale, professionalism, and a friendly work environment.

• EPA Universal certified.
• Customer service experience with strong people skills.
• Applicants must have a current driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record, must be insurable to drive to and from assigned jobs.
• Able to work in a team atmosphere.
• Ability to diagnose HVAC issues and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, including boilers.
• Previous Install and Control experience.
• Willingness to interface with clients and effectively communicate service/project outcomes and recommendations.

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Commercial HVAC Service work.
• Flexibility with schedule during high volume times, ability to work M-F 7:30am-4:00pm with occasional weekends and on call.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings preferred.
