Findlay, OH
Pay: $20.00-$25.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.

We are seeking a dependable, hands‑on Maintenance Technician to help maintain our facility and equipment. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and handling a variety of maintenance tasks.

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on forklifts and equipment
• Repair and maintain dock doors and dock locks
• Complete general facility maintenance and repairs
• Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, welding, and equipment repairs
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Experience or training in electrical, welding, plumbing, equipment repair, or general maintenance
• Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Self‑motivated and willing to learn
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Comfortable working in a large industrial environment
