Tool Shop Laborer

We are seeking a reliable Tool Shop Laborer to support our operations by maintaining tools, assisting mechanics, and ensuring the shop is clean, safe, and efficient. Key Responsibilities
  • Clean, organize, and maintain shop tools and equipment
  • Assist mechanics and technicians with various shop tasks
  • Load, unload, and move tools, parts, and materials around the shop
  • Inspect tools for damage and report items requiring repair or replacement
  • Maintain inventory of shop supplies and assist with stocking materials
  • Keep workstations, storage areas, and shop floor clean and organized
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
  • Perform general labor and additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Required Qualifications
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks for extended periods
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, construction, or industrial environment
  • Basic knowledge of tool and equipment maintenance
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or materials handling equipment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic computer literacy (for inventory/logs/data entry as needed)
