Maintenance Technician

Location:

Ridge View Apartments
- Cincinnati, OH Scheduled

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, with on-call hours as needed (servicing multiple locations)
Pay Rate: $20-23/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives

Bring Your Skills If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day.
1+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance

Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds

Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents

Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough

Basic computer and smartphone skills

Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance

Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

Service locations in Findlay at Ridge View Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks

Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents

Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results
