Since 1974, we've partnered with children, families, schools, and volunteers to create meaningful mentoring relationships that strengthen youth and our community.
Position:Youth Mentoring Case Manager
We support our Community-Based and School-Based Mentoring Programs. In this role you will:
- Recruit and support volunteer mentors.
- Partner with schools throughout Hancock County.
- Guide children and families through the mentoring experience.
- Coordinate meaningful mentor/mentee matches.
- Help ensure every mentoring relationship has the support needed to thrive.
We’re looking for someone with excellent relationship-building skills, strong organization, and a passion for helping young people succeed.
