Overview
Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center We’re expanding and looking for an experienced Freight Broker to support our continued growth! In this role, you’ll secure freight, match carriers with customer shipments, and keep freight moving efficiently in a fast‑paced, asset‑based 3PL environment.
What You’ll Do- Secure and manage freight opportunities
- Coordinate shipments between customers and carriers
- Provide competitive freight rates and pricing
- Ensure compliance with brokerage and safety standards
- Track shipments, documentation, and dispatch details
- Experience in freight brokerage, dispatching, or load planning
- Knowledge of TMS platforms and 3PL operations
- Strong negotiation, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Office‑based role with occasional evenings/weekends
- Fast‑paced, collaborative team setting
