Class A CDL Truck Driver – Findlay, OH

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver to operate a 53’ Dry Van in the local market, delivering non‑touch auto parts primarily to SOLOTo: IN, OH, KY, and Ontario, Canada. The role includes independent driving, loading/unloading, and safety compliance.

• Weekly Guaranteed Pay: $1,385 or more
• Solo Mile Pay: $0.48 per mile (2,500 miles per week)
• Solo Stop Pay: $11.00 per stop (5 stops per week)
• Drop and Hook Pay: $6.00 per event
• Shutdown Bonus: $2,000 within first year
• Safety Bonus: $250 quarterly

  Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday based on route bid; start time AM or PM per bid

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Valid Class A CDL with required endorsements
• Minimum of 9 months experience in a tractor‑trailer within last 3 years, OR 2 years experience within last 5 years, OR 5 years experience within last 10 years
• Pass a Ryder drug test and background check, including drug/alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
• Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check, including recent verification of driving record
• Read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Follow written and/or oral instructions

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs
• Load and unload freight or assist in the loading/unloading of freight as required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned

• All trucks are 36 months or newer, maintained 24/7 roadside maintenance, fueling at over 800 nationwide locations
• Starter bonus and ongoing incentives; route bids determine mileage and stop compensation
