Light-Duty Wrecker Operator – Roadside Assistance & Towing

Location: Dick's Towing, Findlay, Ohio and Piasecki Towing, Toledo, Ohio
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Call Availability Required

What You'll Do:

• Perform emergency roadside assistance (tire changes, jump starts, fuel delivery, lockouts, minor repairs)
• Operate light to medium-duty wreckers & rollbacks for towing, accident recovery, rollovers, and winch outs
• Respond to dispatch calls safely and efficiently while maintaining accurate ETA communication
• Complete daily reports, paperwork, and vehicle logs in a timely manner
• Inspect, clean, and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy
• Follow safety regulations and wear required PPE at all times

What You Bring:

• Ability to Pass a Drug Test
• Clean Background & Insurable Driving Record
• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical skills for minor vehicle repairs
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to remain professional in high-pressure situations
