Our Findlay Spherion team is looking for energetic General Warehouse Workers to join our crew! Whether you're a seasoned warehouse pro or looking to break into a new industry, we have a spot for you.

Think of this as your daily workout, except we pay you to do it. You'll play a crucial role in keeping things moving, packing orders, and ensuring our clients get exactly what they need.

We offer various shifts to accommodate any schedule.

• Pick & Pack:
  Locating, sorting, and packaging products efficiently.
• Keep it Moving:
  Loading and unloading shipments to keep the warehouse flowing.
• Quality Check:
  Ensuring items are in tip‑top shape before they head out the door.
• Teamwork:
  Collaborating with coworkers to hit daily goals safely.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or retail environment (we are happy to train the right person).
• Familiarity with basic hand tools or RF scanners.
• An eye for detail.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a huge plus for higher pay‑rate positions.

• 0‑1 years of experience.
• Reliability:
  You show up ready to perform and maintain excellent attendance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift 10‑20 lbs comfortably throughout your shift.
• Safety‑first mindset.
• A positive attitude and good energy on the floor.

Pay will be based on several factors including education, work experience, location, and specific job duties.
