Warehouse Team Member II Trainer - Unit Selecting - Findlay

This position offers a base hourly range of $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

Love keeping the warehouse moving while helping teammates grow? As a Unit Selection Trainer, you’ll pick, pack, and scan items for delivery to our stores—while coaching and guiding team members to make sure every order is accurate, safe, and ready to go.

You’ll be hands‑on, leading by example, training on the floor, and keeping operations running smoothly.

• Pick items for shipment accurately and efficiently to keep the line moving.
• Replenish items safely, accurately, and efficiently to forward pick locations.
• Scan totes into the put module with speed and accuracy.
• Complete logs accurately – including production and master cleaning schedules.
• Handle inventory with care to prevent damage and maintain product quality.
• Report any obstacles to performance, accuracy, or safety to your manager or team lead.
• Train team members with hands‑on guidance and procedure reviews, while monitoring progress and completing training documents accurately.
• Lead with professionalism, respect, and a positive, welcoming attitude – demonstrating Sheetz culture and values in every interaction.
• Provide regular feedback and help maintain accurate, up‑to‑date training documents and SOPs.

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

• Minimum 3 years of Production, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience required
• Food service or warehouse experience preferred
• Must currently work in the department that is hiring for a trainer

• Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
