Spherion Staffing is seeking motivated and reliable Shippers for 1st and 2nd shift at a local electronics distribution center!! As a Shipper, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment!

• Order Fulfillment:
  Accurately pick and pack customer orders from designated storage areas using handheld scanners and pick lists.
• Inventory Management:
  Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by properly organizing and counting products.
• Quality Control:
  Ensure that orders are packed securely and meet quality standards before shipment.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work effectively with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Equipment Operation:
  Safely operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
• Other Duties:
  Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving or distribution center operations is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidates.
• Reliability:
  Punctuality and consistent attendance are critical.

• Schedule is Sunday - Thursday with OT required
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 25lbs consistently

Working hours:

6:00 PM - 2:30 AM
