Our home and community-based Behavior Technicians work closely with families, schools, and clinical leaders to deliver compassionate, assent-based ABA services in natural environments.

The CAS Experience What working as a Home & Community Behavior Technician looks like Schedule & Flexibility- Full-time, weekday schedule

As a Home & Community Behavior Technician,you'lldeliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.
You'llwork under BCBA supervision to support skill development, behavior reduction, and meaningful progress-while adapting to different settings throughout your day.
This role is ideal for individuals who value variety, independence, and building strong relationships with families and teams.
What You’ll Do- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
- Implement treatment plans in home, school, and community settings
- Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children
- Collectaccuratesession data and progress notes
- Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors
- Support skill generalization across environments
- Maintain safe, professional, and organized therapy sessions
Success in this role is defined by:

Openness to feedback and ongoing learning - Professionalism, flexibility, and communication
- Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $25.00/hour (based on education and experience)
- Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
- Higher levels of education or relevant coursework
- Fluency inadditionallanguages that support the families we serve
- Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)
- Minimum age of 18
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
