At Community Autism Services (CAS), we believe meaningful progress happens when therapy meets children where they are-at home, in school, and in the community. Our home and community-based Behavior Technicians work closely with families, schools, and clinical leaders to deliver compassionate, assent-based ABA services in natural environments.

As a Home & Community Behavior Technician,you'lldeliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.

You'llwork under BCBA supervision to support skill development, behavior reduction, and meaningful progress-while adapting to different settings throughout your day.

This role is ideal for individuals who value variety, independence, and building strong relationships with families and teams.

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Implement treatment plans in home, school, and community settings
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children
• Collectaccuratesession data and progress notes
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors
• Support skill generalization across environments
• Maintain safe, professional, and organized therapy sessions

• Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $25.00/hour (based on education and experience)

• Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
• Higher levels of education or relevant coursework
• Fluency inadditionallanguages that support the families we serve
• Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)

• Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
