This is a full-time, on-site role for a Superintendent located in Firestone, CO. The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. Duties include scheduling and coordinating subcontractors, inspecting workmanship and compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines. The Superintendent will manage site operations efficiently, resolve construction challenges, and maintain a safe working environment while providing leadership to the on-site team.

• Proficiency in construction management, scheduling, and understanding of building codes and regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to oversee multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain quality control
• Experience with cost management and project budgeting
• Proficiency with construction-related software tools and project management systems
• Knowledge of safety standards and ability to enforce safe working practices
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a Superintendent or similar role in residential construction
• Ability to work on-site in Firestone, CO, and maintain a valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
