Role responsibilities:

* Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds

* Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.

* Communicate regularly with parents, sharing the children's achievements and latest adventures

* Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happens seamlessly

* Support your center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals as a team

Qualifications:

* ECT Qualified

* CPR and First Aid preferred

* Demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP)

* 1 Year of Professional teaching preferred

* Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role

* Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?

* Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?
