- Ensure the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures and maintains full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
- Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
- Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning and engaging characters to drive the curriculum and create a fun, enriching learning experience.
- Drive consistent business results through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations; manage accounts receivable and payable, generate monthly P&L reports, and oversee employee payroll.
- Engage prospective families through in‑person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the program’s benefits, and organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
- State‑specific Administrative or Director credential and compliance with any other state‑specific guidelines for the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
- Experience in daycare or preschool settings is valued.
