Provide one-on-one personal care to clients in their homes;
Assist clients with daily living activities (walking, dressing, etc.);
Prepare meals for clients;
Report activities and updates on clients physical and mental status to supervisors

Provide hands-on resident care and support as outlined in each resident's Individualized Service Plan;
Participate in the development of the ISPs and monthly updates;
Responsible for a designated group of residents during the shift and monitor their needs;
Assist with activities of daily living and promote independence and dignity for residents;
Maintain safety, infection control, and a warm, supportive environment for residents

What You'll Do:

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18- CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
