Local Delivery Driver

First year drivers average $ per hour!

We pay every Friday.

• Deliver, assemble, disassemble, and remove merchandise as part of a white glove service.
• Provide a customer experience by demonstrating product usage and explaining company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with a partner to perform deliveries and load/unload furniture safely.
• Learn and apply new technologies such as Dispatch Track and iPad.
• Assemble/disassemble furniture efficiently using a variety of tools.
• Load and unload furniture to and from a delivery truck efficiently and safely.
• Address customer questions and explain merchandise and policies.
• Perform team lifts and handle merchandise in and out of a customer’s home.
• Work in a physically demanding, fast‑paced environment for extended periods.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Partner with multiple departments to improve processes and exceed customer service expectations.

• Honest, caring, and a brand ambassador.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with 0-2 moving violations within the past 3 years.
• Obtain and maintain a DOT Physical card (company pays).
• Own hand tools (company assists with purchase).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to explain merchandise and policies.
• Physical ability to lift, lower, push, and pull merchandise up to 100 lbs frequently, with occasional lifting of up to 250 lbs.
• Required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and use arms and hands for 10 + hours daily.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maneuver in confined spaces.
• Ready to pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check upon job offer.

• 70 hours of sick pay annually.
• 40–80 hours of vacation annually.
• 2 personal days per year.
