Project Search Work Site Skills Trainer
Norris School District is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to serve as a Work Site Skills Trainer for Project Search, a Transition to Work program located at the Marriott Cornhusker in downtown Lincoln. This program serves individuals ages 18–21 with developmental disabilities, combining education and internships to prepare participants for competitive, integrated employment in the community.

- High school diploma required; some post‑secondary education preferred
- Minimum of two years’ relevant experience working with individuals with disabilities

- Familiarity with best practices in transition and supported employment
- Experience providing classroom and community‑based training, with the ability to adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs
