About the roleWe are seeking an energetic, highly organized individual oversee the accounts payable process for the company’s US and Canada locations, as well as the expense report processing for US and Canada employees. In this role you will you oversee processing and payment of all vendor invoices and recurring monthly payments. You will report to and work closely with the Financial Controller and also work closely with the Financial Accountant to enhance the existing payables process to optimize efficiency and controls.
Please note this position is full-time at our Fishers, Indiana office.
Key Responsibilities- Accounts Payables for US and Canada invoices, sales taxes, and office expenses and vendor administration.
- Review employee expenses and reimbursement for business travel for 65+ US and Canada employees.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations for selected accounts.
- Assist in expense budget preparation and tracking of performance vs budget.
- Assist in responding to ad hoc reporting requests from corporate.
- Cross train to support other areas of the administration team as needed.
- Serves as the primary Concur administrator and point of contact on an as‑needed basis.
- 2 or 4 year degree or equivalent work experience in accounting/accounts payable
- Proficiency in Excel and Quick Books or similar accounting systems
- Experience with Concur or like travel and expense systems
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must be able to handle confidential information appropriately
