Responsibilities
- Analyze cost data to support financial reporting and decision‑making
- Track inventory activity and review variances for accuracy
- Evaluate project and operational costs to identify trends
- Maintain and improve cost and profitability reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
- Assist with KPI reporting and internal compliance tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (required)
- 5‑7 years of cost or manufacturing accounting experience (required)
- Proficiency in SAP (required)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
This is an in‑office position in Fishers.
