Billing Specialist (Temporary-to-Hire) | Entry-Level Accounting | Onsite Opportunity

Are you an early-career accounting professional looking to grow your experience in billing, accounts receivable, and ERP systems? We're partnering with a well-established and growing organization to add a Billing Specialist to their team during an exciting system transformation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants hands-on experience with high-volume billing, reporting, and cross-functional communication.

• Process high-volume billing transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Support accounts receivable and billing operations during a system transition
• Generate and analyze reports using Excel and Google Sheets
• Communicate with internal stakeholders (including operations teams) to resolve billing questions
• Assist with process improvements as systems and workflows evolve
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

• 1+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support (internship experience welcome)
• Strong proficiency in Excel (data organization, basic formulas, reporting)
• Experience working in high-volume, detail-oriented environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Exposure to ERP systems is a plus (especially during system transitions)
