What you’ll be doing:

Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payment tracking
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain accurate records
Assist with month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger activities
Monitor expenses, support budgeting, and ensure timely financial updates
Partner with internal teams to maintain accuracy in financial data and documentation

What you bring:

Experience in accounting or finance (construction or related industry a plus)
Strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Proficiency with accounting software (Quick Books or similar) and Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
