Accounting Operations Specialist
Salary
: $65,000 - $75,000
- Hybrid schedule with built-in flexibility (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
- Unlimited PTO plus Day 1 benefits
- Opportunity to take ownership of key accounting processes and drive improvements
- Direct collaboration with project managers and leadership
- Stable company with strong history and continued growth in construction
- Exposure to full-cycle accounting operations, building well-rounded experience
- Ability to help create structure and improve systems within a growing business
- Manage cash applications, accounts payable, and vendor administration
- Perform reconciliations and support month‑end close
- Oversee credit card processing and expense tracking
- Investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records
- Identify process improvements and maintain SOPs
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with cash applications and accounts payable
- Exposure to reconciliations and general accounting processes
