This position is onsite at the corporate office in Fishers
The Education Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for corporate education, training, and development initiatives. This role supports the planning, coordination, execution, and tracking of learning programs to ensure consistent, high-quality training experiences across corporate and field-based teams. The position plays a key role in enabling scalable workforce development and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and logistical support for corporate education, training, and professional development programs.
- Coordinate training sessions, onboarding programs, workshops, and learning events across corporate and field locations.
- Schedule courses, manage registrations, prepare materials, and support facilitators and participants.
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation within the learning management system (LMS).
- Track employee participation, completions, and required certifications or compliance training.
- Support communication and follow-up with employees and managers regarding training schedules and requirements.
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and evaluation of training effectiveness and continuous improvement efforts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external education partners, vendors, and institutions as needed.
- Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and assist with event logistics and travel coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling employee and organizational information.
- Support special projects and other duties related to corporate education and development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred but not required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of three (3) years of administrative, coordination, or program support experience, preferably in a corporate training or education environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to support a diverse workforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with learning management systems preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual Spanish and English communication a plus.
