We are seeking a full‑time Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from planning through completion.

  Fishers, IN (local travel to job sites required)
• Job Type: Full‑time, W‑2
• Pay: $70,000‑$80,000 per year (based on experience)

• Manage residential construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and overall progress
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal team members
• Identify and resolve job site issues to keep projects on track
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local/state regulations
• Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure project quality and completion

• Experience in residential construction project management
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with project management or accounting software (LMN, Quick Books, or similar tools preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
