- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
- Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Experience leading project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Knowledge of contract administration and project delivery methods.
- Ability to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Experience conducting client meetings and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Knowledge of change order management and cost control procedures.
- Ability to coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
- Valid driver's license.
