Project Manager – Commercial Construction – Greater Indianapolis Area
Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year
Company OverviewWe are an Indianapolis general contractor focused on teamwork and integrity. We handle all phases of construction—from planning and estimating to value engineering, management, and safety—serving clients in healthcare, commercial, industrial, and more.
Qualifications- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the self‑perform space.
- Experience running projects from cradle to grave within the Commercial, Healthcare, MF, K‑12, Retail, Restaurant sectors ($20M‑$50M).
- Proficient in using Procore project management software, Bluebeam or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
