Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously, from initial planning and budgeting through final closeout, while also identifying and estimating future project opportunities. On a day-to-day basis, this role coordinates and manages project schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. The Project Manager provides leadership and oversight to direct employees, site superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and contractors, while maintaining strong working relationships with owners, client representatives, and local code authorities.
Additional responsibilities include managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders, negotiating subcontractor modifications as needed, monitoring project progress, resolving issues that arise during construction, and overseeing punch list completion, project turnover, and final closeout activities.
- 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience
- Strong experience in managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with estimating software and Excel (Procore, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management
- Experience working on $10,000,000+ sized projects, ideally hotel builds
Up to $120,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
