Part‑Time:
Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule A:
Monday from 4:45am to 10:00am, and Tuesday through Friday from 6:00am to 11:00am.

Schedule B:
Tuesday 5pm‑10pm, Thursday 2pm‑10pm, Friday 5pm‑9pm, Saturday through Sunday 1:00pm‑7:00pm.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1year and every 6months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional judgment‑free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using an information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point‑of‑sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling; must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
• Encounter cleaning chemicals during shift.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.
