CUSTOMER SERVICE REP II – SSC

Dal‑Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States. We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative II to join our team.
Primary ObjectiveEnsure effective and efficient coordination between the Company and its customers with a high level of service and support.
Primary Function and ScopeProvide customer account management including order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock checks, and transportation management. Key responsibilities include entering orders, processing faxes, preparing reports, and interfacing with internal teams and SSCs to address inquiries and order issues from entry to delivery. Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Required- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3+ years of call center or customer service experience, preferably in customer account management.
- Prior textile industry knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills; detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Moderate computer skills in Word and Excel.
- Good voice quality that is conversational and professional.
- Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines, and processing standards.
- Strong interpersonal relationship‑building skills.
Physical requirements include standing, using hands and arms, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as needed. The employee may need to lift up to 15–30 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 70 lbs. Tile boxes or materials longer than 36 inches may require a team lift. Vision requirements include close and peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
