Customer Service Representative

Tru Green seeks an associate to deliver superior customer support, answer calls, solve problems, and upsell services for lawn care clients.

• Provide comprehensive customer support throughout the day by answering customer calls and resolving problems.
• Upsell additional services to customers looking to enhance their outdoor living spaces.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
• Work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Stay current with Tru Green products, services, and processes.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve conflict professionally.
• Foundational sales skills to upsell products and services to meet customer needs.
• Written and verbal communication skills for professional business interactions.
• Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media applications (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In).
• Ability to learn and apply general knowledge of the company, products, and services.
• Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills for calculating rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills; punctuality for on‑time attendance.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; associate degree preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job.

$27,669.00 – $58,865.00. The range is based on qualifications including experience, training, and geography. Most candidates will start in the lower half; the upper end is reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
