Member Service Specialist (Call Center Representative)

$20/hour plus monthly incentive and Saturday bonus

As a Member Service Specialist (Call Center Representative) you will be a trusted financial advisor for our members, while maintaining professionalism on and off the telephone.

Daily responsibilities consist of:

• Problem solving and member account maintenance
• Using multiple systems to process member's requests
• Identifying needs and recommending appropriate products and services
• Collaborating with peers and supervisors on a daily basis
• Providing excellent member service over the telephone

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Preferred Call Center Experience
• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude
