Title Aquatics Assistant Status Regular Supplemental Hourly Rate 1200
Description The Aquatics Assistant helps maintain a safe clean and welcoming aquatic environment by supporting daily pool operations assisting with setup and cleanup and monitoring attractions such as the Ninja Cross and Slide to ensure safe and appropriate use This position provides exceptional customer service through positive professional interactions with members and guests
Examples of Duties- Act as a Ninja Cross and Slide attendant ensuring individuals meet use requirements and equipment is utilized safely and appropriately
Assist with the setup organization and cleanup of the pool area Follow established safety procedures and assist staff in responding to incidents injuries or emergencies
Demonstrate enthusiasm patience and a positive attitude while interacting with members and staff
Communicate effectively with staff and provide excellent customer service to all patrons Attend all required training sessions and staff meetings
Perform related duties as assigned
- Must be at least 16 years of ageMust have an Adult CPRAED or ability to obtain within the first 60 days Training will be provided
Provide excellent customer service to all patrons and staff Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions
Perform other duties as assigned
