Crew Carwash, a leader in transportation and car care since 1948, is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to deliver an outstanding wash experience. In this customer-facing role, you'll greet guests, explain services, operate wash equipment, and ensure a clean, safe environment. You'll handle questions, resolve concerns, and support smooth traffic flow on-site. Working in a collaborative culture built on teamwork, integrity, and excellence, you'll receive thorough training, coaching, and clear paths for advancement within our Customer Service & Support team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support customer service team members to deliver friendly, efficient service to every guest
- Model Crew Carwash standards for professionalism, integrity, and safety on the lot and in all customer interactions
- Train, coach, and mentor team members on service procedures, sales techniques, and operational best practices
- Assist guests by explaining wash options, answering questions, and recommending services based on their needs
- Ensure safe, efficient vehicle flow through the wash, guiding drivers and monitoring for safety hazards
- Operate and oversee point-of-sale systems, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and reconcile shifts as needed
- Monitor wash quality and address any issues quickly to ensure vehicles leave clean and customers are satisfied
- Respond to and resolve guest complaints or concerns with a positive, solutions-focused approach
- Support opening and closing duties, including equipment checks, site cleanliness, and readiness for operations
- Collaborate with management on staffing needs, scheduling support, and continuous improvement in customer experience
- Promote add-on services, membership programs, and special offers to help guests get the best value
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and environmentally responsible site, following all company policies and procedures
