• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, escalations, and service requests.
• Support customers through voice, SMS, email, and web chat channels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Meet service, quality, and performance goals.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-focused customer service.

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and applications.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.

• Office-based environment.
• Primarily seated position.
• Less than 5% travel required.
