We are looking for an energetic and highly organized individual to join our practice as a full-time Front Office Dental Coordinator. This is a critical role—you are the first and last impression for our patients!
If you are known for your excellent communication skills, your ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smile, and a genuine eagerness to learn, we strongly encourage you to apply. While previous dental or medical office experience is a plus, your aptitude and attitude are more important to us than your resume. Monday through Friday - Hours:
Daily hours, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM
- Patient Communication:
Warmly greeting patients, checking them in and out, and managing all incoming and outgoing communication (phone, email, text). - Scheduling & Coordination:
Efficiently managing the doctor’s and hygienists’ schedules to maximize productivity and minimize patient wait times. - Financial Administration:
Handling patient payments, managing billing, and processing insurance verification and claims submission. - Record Management:
Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in the practice management software. - Office Organization:
Ensuring the reception area is neat, professional, and welcoming at all times.
- Exceptional Communication | Professional, friendly, and clear written and verbal communication. Ability to talk comfortably with patients, staff, and insurance companies.
- Multitasking Proficiency | The ability to manage a busy phone, check in patients, and process paperwork simultaneously without losing focus or accuracy.
- Eagerness to Learn | A positive, proactive attitude toward mastering new software, dental terminology, and complex insurance processes.
- Reliability & Dependability | Excellent attendance and punctuality; ready to start the day on time every day.
- Professional Demeanor | A consistently pleasant, patient-focused, and composed attitude, even during busy or stressful moments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office/Google Suite).
- Experience in a customer service-focused role is highly beneficial.
- Previous dental/medical front office experience is a bonus, but not required.
- Competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience and skill.
