Civipol recrute un expert junior pour soutenir le suivi et l’évaluation du Programme POC2, qui renforce les capacités des forces de sécurité. Le candidat devra avoir une solide formation en sociologie et minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans ce domaine.
Le poste requiert une bonne compréhension des enjeux de suivi et évaluation, ainsi qu'une aptitude à produire des livrables clairs et structurés. La connaissance du Wolof est un atout.
