We are a patient-focused, growth-oriented dental practice committed to delivering exceptional care and an exceptional patient experience. We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager who can lead our team, drive accountability, and help optimize practice performance.
Position SummaryThe Dental Office Manager oversees daily operations, team leadership, patient experience, scheduling efficiency, financial systems, and operational performance. This role partners closely with the regional manager, doctors and team members to ensure a productive, organized, and positive office environment.
Office Schedule Patient Care Hours- Monday–Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (with 1-hour lunch)
- Thursday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Friday: Administrative / Leadership Day (no patient care) Friday responsibilities may include team meetings, KPI and scorecard review, scheduling optimization, insurance follow-up, training, and operational planning.
- Lead and coach team members
- Conduct daily huddles and monthly accountability meetings
- Hire, onboard, train, and develop team members
- Manage team performance reviews and goal setting
- Oversee scheduling, patient communication, and service recovery
- Ensure schedule utilization and provider productivity goals are met
- Support treatment follow-up and recare systems
- Resolve patient concerns professionally
- Monitor production, collections, A/R, treatment acceptance, and scheduling KPIs
- Oversee insurance workflows and billing systems
- Review reports and identify growth opportunities
- Manage expenses, supplies, and operational budgets
- Minimum 2–3 years of dental office management or dental leadership experience
- must have dental knowledge
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, collections, and scheduling
- Experience with Eaglesoft is a must and Dental Intel and Peerlogic is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage KPIs/scorecards, team accountability, and practice growth
