Our privately owned practice is seeking a Treatment Coordinator with sales experience. Our number one goal is to give our patients the smile of their dreams and to give our team members a great working environment. The Treatment Coordinator at our office works with our dedicated team and then establishes a relationship and rapport with our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties and answering questions.
  • Requires regular and predictable attendance.
  • Follows up with referring doctors and patients to communicate treatment status.
  • Educates patients on recommended treatment.
  • Follows the schedule protocols for follow‑ups to get treatment scheduled.
  • Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
  • Completes medical consults for patients as needed.
  • Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
  • Provides knowledge of third‑party financing to patients and educates them on financial commitments of treatment.
  • Has knowledge of dental insurance to explain cost breakdown to patients.
  • Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, and reporting needed changes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
  • Dental: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales

    Experience:

    1 year (Preferred)
Compensation

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
