We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to add to our growing orthodontic team!
What you’ll do:- Welcome new patients and guide them through their orthodontic journey.
- Present treatment clearly and confidently.
- Help patients understand financial options
- Complete insurance verifications & claim submission
- Ensure smooth communication between patients, doctors, and team members.
- Support a positive and friendly office atmosphere.
- Take orthodontic records.
- Experience in orthodontics, dentistry, or treatment coordinating preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build trust and create a positive patient experience.
- A team player with a caring and professional attitude.
- Friendly, supportive, and fast-paced work environment.
